Privacy Policy

MonkPath ("we", "us") operates monkpath.ai. This page explains what data we collect when you join the waitlist, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

• Email address — required to add you to the waitlist and contact you about early access.
• Interest selection (optional) — what you told us you're looking for.
• Technical metadata — country (derived from your IP via Cloudflare; the IP itself is not stored), browser user-agent, referring page, and the timestamp of your signup.
• Campaign tags (optional) — which link brought you here (source/medium/campaign), if you arrived via one.
• Qualification answers (optional) — a short set of questions about your situation, including two free-text answers, used only to understand who's on the waitlist. Not reviewed for clinical purposes.
• Confirmation timestamp — when you confirmed your email via the double opt-in link.
• Payment status — whether you completed an early-access payment via Stripe, and a Stripe reference id. We never see your card details; Stripe processes and stores those directly.

We do not collect passwords, card numbers, or any diagnosis or medical record through this form. If you no longer want to hear from us, every follow-up email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Why we collect it

Solely to operate the waitlist: to confirm your email address (double opt-in), to notify you when early access opens, and to understand rough signup volume and sources.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist record until early access closes for your cohort or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Email hello@monkpath.ai at any time to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it permanently deleted. We respond within a reasonable time and in any case within 30 days.

Who else sees this data

We use three processors, all under standard data processing terms:

• Resend — sends the confirmation, notification and follow-up emails on our behalf.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site and the waitlist database (Cloudflare Workers + D1) and is the CDN in front of it.
• Stripe — processes early-access payments; we never see or store your card details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third party, with one exception: Meta. If you accept the cookie banner below, we share limited signup activity with Meta Platforms Ireland to measure our marketing campaigns. If you decline, nothing is shared with Meta.

Cookies & analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across sites.

With your consent, and only after you accept the cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel. It sends PageView and Lead events to Meta Platforms Ireland to help us measure our marketing campaigns. You can decline consent, or leave the banner unanswered, with no loss of site function. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and the banner will not ask again once you have chosen.
